(Homestead, FL) Homestead/Miami Speedway, the home of FARA’s first 6 Hour Endurance Race on November 7-8, 2009. FARA goal was to make history in Miami and P2R wanted in on the action. We brought our J32A2 Honda Accord to compete in MP2B, and piloting the car was Sean Yearwood, David Perez, & Juan Requena. The weekend consisted of 2 endurance races which ran simultaneous with each other. The first which was a 3 hour race, and the second which was the 6 hour race. The races kicked off at 11am on Sunday, and after the first 3 hours we placed 3^rd in the 3 hour race, and continued right into the 6 hour race. The 6 hour race didn’t go as well for us as the 3 hour race went. Five and a half hours into the race, the ring gear around the differential broke which took us off th e podium an dropped us into 4^th place.
