Job Description:

 Are you detail-oriented, organized, and committed to ensuring a smooth shipping process? We're seeking a Shipping and Inventory Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the shipping of orders, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards before reaching our customers.

 Responsibilities: 

  1. Ship orders promptly as they come in, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their orders, providing updates as needed.
  3. Create comprehensive product assembly sheets to ensure that all orders are shipped with the necessary components.
  4. Develop part numbers for new products to streamline inventory management.
  5. Organize warehouse inventory for efficient order fulfillment, maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
  6. Establish inventory and reorder points to prevent stockouts and ensure timely replenishment.
  7. Coordinate with staff to ensure adequate inventory levels for uninterrupted order processing.
  8. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of product specifications and packaging requirements to maintain quality standards.
  9. Follow operating procedures and work instructions meticulously to maximize efficiency.
  10. Bring any issues or concerns to the attention of management for prompt resolution.
  11. Uphold a high standard of reliability and punctuality as a valued team member.

 Qualifications: 

  1. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Ability to understand and follow procedures accurately.
  4. Confidence in identifying and addressing issues to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to teamwork.
  6. Previous experience in shipping, inventory management, or related fields is preferred.
