Thank you for shopping with P2R Power Rev Racing. We specialize in high-performance automotive parts and custom engine builds. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order is processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–5 business days.

Please note:

  • Some products are shelf stock and ship quickly.

  • Other products are machined in-house and may require additional processing time.

  • Any item that requires more than 1–5 business days to ship will clearly state extended processing time in its product description.

Custom Engine Builds

Engine build orders require 6–12 weeks to complete, depending on the options selected by the customer. This timeline will also be communicated on the product page or order invoice.


2. Shipping Rates & Methods

All shipping rates are carrier-calculated at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Economy Shipping

  • Expedited Services (including UPS 2nd Day Air and other faster options)

We do not offer free shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and size

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates


3. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states

  • International locations worldwide

All international shipping rates, duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated or determined by the carrier and customs authority. P2R Power Rev Racing is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on international orders.


4. In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup at our physical location:

You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.


6. Delays & Backorders

If your order is delayed due to production time, inventory availability, or custom machining, you will be notified via email or phone.

All extended lead times are clearly stated in the product descriptions before purchase.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

P2R Power Rev Racing is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
