My order was placed on the 8th of January with an estimate of 5-8 business days until my order could be shipped. On the 22nd, 10 business days later, I emailed P2R to inquire about my shipment since it still showed as "ordered" on their website and only one thing from my $1900 order had been delivered.

The next day I received an email stating that they were "working" on it. On the 27th, I emailed them again stating that I still have not received any updates on my order.

They responded on the 29th stating that yes, indeed my order was still at their facility, and would not be shipping out until the next day, even though on the 28th, Sean from P2R stated that the order had already shipped over a week ago. I also had to go through a few hoops just to get a message from him.

It is now the 1st of February, and my order is said to be delivered this Wednesday, 4 days short of a month since the order was placed. This seems to be quite a huge difference the original lead time provided by P2R when my order was placed.

The car these parts are going on could have been finished several weeks ago had the order shipped on time. -1 star for the difficulty and delay in communication. -1 star for the delay on the order itself. -1 star for the discrepancy between the two different employees contacted regarding the order fulfillment.

One of my timing belt covers came with a deep scratch / smudge in between the top and bottom layer so there’s nothing I can do to fix it
