Really no instructions how to set the adjuster because with the factory hydraulic one you just pulled the grenade pen and it set you have to go back to the grenade pen and get a measurement in millimeters to find out where you would be set to having a 300 ZX twin turbo it’s set at 4 mm. We use an Allen key to to make it good not by twisting the timing belt.

It's just a headache to adjust because once installed and you turn on the vehicle and if it's to tight the timing belt will whine so then everything has to be remove to readjust it should have been engineered in a better way

Worth it! I had a OEM HONDA hydro tensioner that fail after 6 months which caused $1500 of damage. this reminded me of the old school B and H series swaps! $100 dollars for your product I would do anytime!
