P2R Manual Timing Belt Tensioner will fit all J series applications. It's made from 6061 aluminum, and its designed to be reusable. You can easily adjust your timing belt tension by turning the 12.9 Alloy Steel Allen head bolt.

It's just a headache to adjust because once installed and you turn on the vehicle and if it's to tight the timing belt will whine so then everything has to be remove to readjust it should have been engineered in a better way

Worth it! I had a OEM HONDA hydro tensioner that fail after 6 months which caused $1500 of damage. this reminded me of the old school B and H series swaps! $100 dollars for your product I would do anytime!
